Eric Reil
Head Coach
Coach Reil has over 20 years' experience coaching successful basketball programs at both the High School and Division II Collegiate levels. He is in his 16th year coaching at Hebron High School. In addition to coaching he teaches math. He is a devoted fan of ALL sports and, in addition to the Hawks, loves the Denver Broncos, Nebraska Cornhuskers and Kansas City Royals.

Coach Reil is married to Anissa and they have e daughters, Landry (16) and twins Leighton & Lily (12). On the weekends, if not in the gym, you will find them at the soccer fields, spending time at their church, playing dominoes with family or attempting to see all 50 states before the girls graduate from high school!

Jason Crawford
Assistant Varsity Coach
Coach Crawford is in his 3rd year coaching at Hebron High School. He is from Wichita Falls, TX where he played basketball and baseball at Rider High School. From there he went on to play at Tyler Junior College. This path took him to Midwestern State where he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in History. Before coming to HHS Coach Crawford coached locally at Irving High School for 2 years as the Head Coach, at Newman Smith High School for 8 years as the Varsity Assistant and at the middle school level for 3 years.
In addition to coaching basketball at HHS, Coach Crawford also teaches Psychology! With the support of his wife Taryn and his three daughters, Teagan (5) and twins Harper and Hadley (2), Coach Crawford looks forward to helping the young athletes in the program grow into not only exceptional basketball players, but exceptional young men!

Jordan Windholz
Freshman Coach
Coach Windholz, also known as Coach Dub, is from Hays, KS where he competed in collegiate level basketball and track at Barton Community College and McPherson College where he earned his degree.
​
Coach Dub comes to Hebron with over 7 years of coaching experience. He spent the last 4 years as Head Coach at Levelland HS in West Texas. There he led Levelland to a Bi District Championship, finishing 2nd in District!

Coach Dub is very passionate about the game of basketball and is grateful to inspire the next generation of young ahtletes to be the best versions of themselves while learning and growing at the highest level in the game!

Tim Miller
JV Coach
Coach Miller was hired at Hebron in the summer of 2022. Prior to coming to Hebron, he worked at Arbor Creek Middle School since 2019. At ACMS he taught 7th grade science and coached football, basketball and track. Coach Miller grew up in Ada, OK where he played football for the State Champion Ada Cougars. Coach Miller graduated from East Central University where he majored in Science and Education, played wide receiver, coached football and graduated with a Degree in Education!

Coach did graduate work at Texas A&M University studying Kinesiology. In 2021 he earned his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. He first started teaching in Brenham, TX in 2003. Coach is married and has 2 children.
